Our in house REALTOR® and Designer, Rachel brings a unique set of skills to The Zelaya Team. Rachel works with Our clients to help them determine the best upgrades to make to their home either when buying or selling, where they will see they highest ROI on their dollar and on their peace of mind.

Being born in Texas in the 80’s, but raised in the DC Metro area, Rachel has an affinity for the local historic architecture while adding some fun and fresh southwestern modern flair to her designs. She is up to date on the current design and real estate trends of today’s homeowners.

When she is not looking for houses or designing living spaces, Rachel enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Jay and their 4 children in their community of Alexandria, VA.

Search for Properties

Once we have the budget set, we begin searching on your behalf for the perfect “potential” home. We will locate properties that can be improved upon but also stay within your budget.

Brainstorm Ideas

During each property visit, we will develop some remodeling ideas and help you create a budget to meet those goals.

Submit An Offer

Once we identify “the one”, we submit an offer to the seller. If accepted, we begin the planning phase of your project to get started!
